Practice with autonomy, collaboration, and flexibility in one of the Bay Area's most desirable communities.

We are affiliated with Sequoia Hospital , a 208-bed, not-for-profit community hospital recognized for excellence in heart care, surgical services, and patient safety. The hospital's award-winning Family Birth Center offers private labor, delivery, and recovery suites and includes a Level II NICU staffed in collaboration with Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford, providing advanced care for high-risk newborns-all within a supportive, patient-centered environment that fosters comprehensive OB care and collaboration in the heart of the Bay Area.

• • Clinic-based position - no hospital duties
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
  • No weekends and no call!
  • Practice with autonomy while being well supported by a team of experienced physicians and staff

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 + productivity incentives
• Sign-on Bonus: Up to $20,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $20,000

Job Requirements
Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in an outpatient setting
• Conduct well-woman exams, prenatal and postnatal visits, and contraceptive counseling
• Manage routine gynecologic conditions and perform in-office procedures as appropriate
• Collaborate closely with OB/GYN physicians and clinical team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current California Nurse Practitioner License and National Certification (WHNP or FNP)
• Minimum 1-2 years of OB/GYN or women's health experience preferred
• Current BLS and DEA certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
