• We staff two separate level 3 trauma emergency rooms with a combined volume of approximately 90,000 visits per year with double physician coverage as well as mid-level fast track coverage during the day and single coverage overnight.
• The group consists of 22 board certified physicians with very low turnover.
• Looking for a full time physician to cover 15 eight-hour shifts in a rolling format of days, evenings, and nights with additional shifts likely available if desired.
  • We have a great work-life balance with approximately 3 night shifts per month from 11pm-7am.
• We strive for fairness with an RVU payment model and cut out the middle man with no contract company involvement, increasing total profit with an hourly rate around $300/hr. We have a two-year partnership tract with near 100% partnership confirmation over the years.
• Epic EMR and Dragon dictation with option for scribe coverage.
• 24/7 OBGYN coverage and OB patients without obvious trauma over 20 weeks gestation are sent directly to our OB Receiving unit for evaluation and treatment by the OBGYN on-call.
