Job Description:
Compensation : $275000 - $325000 Job ID : 29730
Job Function:
- Providing high quality primary care in an office-based setting, and deliveries at hospital.
- Join team of 3 physicians, 2 PAs, and a nurse midwife.
- Participate in on-call coverage of 1:3 or 1:4.
- Work with medical students and internal medicine residents rotating through hospital.
- Minor teaching/academic interaction with residents who do rotations through the sites.
- Focus on care delivery and quality measures in compliance with PCMH and ACO standards.
Job Requirements:
- CT State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred) but not required,
- Residency training in ObGyn.
- H-1B Cap Exempt. Willing to sponsor Green Card application.
