What You'll Be Doing:As a BT at Caravel, you're not just doing a job - you're making magic happen. You'll:
- Turn play into powerful learning moments
- Help children develop communication, social, and life skills
- Track progress and celebrate victories big and small
With guidance from experienced clinicians and a treatment plan tailored to each child, you'll help little learners grow, thrive, and shine - one milestone at a time.
No experience in behavioral health? No worries! We provide paid training and help you become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) so you can launch your career with confidence.

Schedule & Requirements:- Full-time availability, Monday-Friday (8AM-6PM), with occasional Saturdays
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred
- Must be 18+ and passionate about working with children with special needs
