Software Development Team Lead - Java

Pay from $121,000 to $160,000 per year

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 3 to 5 developers, guiding and coaching them in designing and developing complex applications based on business requirements.

  • Provide technical direction and guidance to ensure production of scalable, resilient software solutions.

  • Work with cross-functional Agile teams to align technology design with business goals.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

  • 2+ years of people management experience with a strong background in programming languages such as Java, Angular or JavaScript.

  • Experience developing a team and managing full project lifecycles.

  • Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
