A gastroenterologist position is available in Northeast Indiana at a hospital-attached medical office building, involving a mix of outpatient procedures and inpatient hospitalist duties, including emergency department call. Gastro needed in NE IN NE IN group seeks gastro to join their team of 9. Office is on the 4th floor of the Medical Office Building which is physically attached to the hospital and the outpatient clinic is on the second floor of the MOB.Gastros rotate through a week at a time on the hospitalist service doing in patient consults, in patient procedures and answering call in the ED. There are midlevels in the office and on the hospitalist service to assist. They need someone who is excellent clinically and interested in being a team player. This is an employed position with salary above MGMA, and you are immediately eligible RVU bonuses. They also offer a very rich benefits package. They normally send someone in to assist in the afternoons so who ever in on hospitalist detail can get out at 5PM. You are out the door at 5 PM when not on call. They have midlevels in the office and on the hospitalist service to assist. They also have 1 part-timer who is exclusively hospitalist. They need someone who is excellent clinically, interested in getting their work done and being a team player. Salary is above MGMA median, and you are immediately eligible RVU bonuses.
