We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Physician Medical Director to join a growing, national group in St. Louis, Missouri.

Oversee operations of state-of-the-art clinics in Missouri, focusing on the senior, Medicare Advantage patient in a Value Based Care model. The organization is thriving with amazing camaraderie and support.

Responsibilities:

Incumbent will provide leadership to providers in the market across a number of locations and will partner with colleagues to execute the strategic initiatives of the organization. This position does have a healthcare delivery portion, working with colleagues to ensure a high-quality patient experience. Role is 90%+ administrative/leadership in nature. The role has a very limited clinical component to enable the leader to remain close to the core of the operations and have insight into the day-to-day of their physician care delivery teams.

Qualifications:

Must be licensed in the state of Missouri with leadership experience in a Value-Based Care or Medicare Advantage environment. Must be board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
