30 hours a week and I believe they would be open to 3 or 4 days per week Base salary $356,250 (only 0.75 FTE). Value Based Incentives of $10k per year. $75,000 sign on bonus. $45,000 student loan repayment. $5k APP supervision per APP. Quarterly wRVU 2100wRVU, $70 per wRVU above threshold. Team: 9 Physicians and staff. Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 7am - 4:30pm. Clinical Responsibilities (.5 FTE): Provide outpatient care for patients with pulmonary disease, perform bronchoscopies, and collaborate with/supervise two Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) Medical Directorship & Additional Responsibilities (.25 FTE): Provide coverage for pulmonary rehabilitation (plan sign-off), interpret pulmonary function tests (PFTs), and serve as the Medical Director for Respiratory Therapy Located in east central Indiana with all the advantages of a single hospital community, low managed care environment, great working environment and excellent medical staff
