• Location: Cleveland, OH 44106 (Ohio nursing jobs)
• Unit: 30-bed Medical Surgical Telemetry unit
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 12/28/2025 – End: 3/28/2026)
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Travel RN, On-Site

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license or compact state nursing license
• Minimum 1 year recent experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry nursing
• Current Telemetry certification
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
• Up-to-date immunizations and health screenings (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Influenza, TB/PPD, Fit Test, Physical/Health Statement)
• Completion of required nursing skills checklist and competency exams
• Background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening required
• Valid Driver's License or State ID

RN Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care to patients on the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions
• Maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with hospital policies
