Clinic shifts 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.; 10- and 12-hour shifts; 1–2 weekends/month; rotating holiday coverage. - Active medical license for Indiana - Board-certified/eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine or equivalent - Experience in urgent care or clinical acute care - Strong diagnostic skills and patient-focused care - Basic life support (BLS); ACLS preferred
