Practice Setting
- Located in a city with a welcoming community and excellent amenities
- Work alongside two other specialists in an expanding service line
- Schedule includes one week of inpatient care per month, with very light call volume
- Telehealth services are provided during inpatient weeks
Schedule
- Balanced schedule blocks
- 3 weeks of outpatient with no call
- 1 week inpatient with 24-hour call, very low volume
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive annual base salary for the first 2 years, with RVU based pay afterward
- Receive $75,000 sign-on bonus, and an annual 5% incentive
- Full coverage for medical, dental, vision, and malpractice (including tail coverage)
- PTO, personal days, holidays, and CME time provided
- $4,000 CME allowance, relocation assistance up to $10,000, and employer-provided retirement plans
