Generous base salary plus bonus in a growing hospitalist program. Full-time BC/BE Hospitalist in Southern Massachusetts; permanent role; typical schedule 14x12-hour day shifts/month (nights rare); 2 nocturnists with blocked shifts; patient load 12–14/shift; team includes 5 MDs, 3 APPs, swing shift 4 PM–12 AM; one MD handles admissions. - BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - Active Massachusetts medical license (or ability to obtain) - Hospitalist experience preferred - Ability to work 12-hour shifts and occasional swing or nocturnist coverage - DEA and standard certifications (BLS, ACLS)

Hospitalists Needed in Southern Massachusetts Looking to add full-time BC/BE hospitalist to a Southern Massachusetts hospital. The schedule is flexible; 2 Nocturnists with blocked shifts, nights would be rare, full time is 14, 12-hour shifts per month; not blocked. Normal patient load is 12-14 per shift, 5 MDs and 3 APPs on during the day plus a swing shift from 4: PM to 12:00 AM. 1 doctor handles the admissions. Generous base, plus bonus.
