About the Opportunity- Well-Established Practice: Advanced Pain and Spine Institute is the oldest and most trusted pain management clinic in Western Montana, serving the region since the mid-1990s.
- Integrated Hospital Partnership: As part of Community Medical Center the leading referral center for Western Montana and Northern Idaho our clinic offers a collaborative, interdisciplinary model of care that prioritizes restoring function and quality of life.
- Balanced Schedule: Full-time role with a flexible schedule split between in-clinic visits and fluoroscopy-guided procedures.
- Strong Team: Join a busy team of 3 experienced physicians and 3 advanced practice providers, all focused on comprehensive pain management.
- Modern Space: Practice in a newly constructed orthopedic center conveniently located adjacent to the hospital.
- Collaborative Culture: Work in a supportive environment that treats the whole person, not just the pain.
- Call Requirement: Light call 10 days per month.
Scope of ServicesCandidates should be comfortable managing:- Chronic back, neck, and joint pain
- Cancer pain management
- Opioid and non-opioid pain treatment
- Ketamine infusions
- Spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulator implantation & management
- Intrathecal pump implantation & management
- Neurolytic blocks
- Lumbar discography
- Radiofrequency ablation, including cooled techniques
- Sympathetic blocks
- Spinal injections & epidural blood patch
- Rib blocks & continuous epidural placement
- Joint & soft tissue injections
- Kyphoplasty and Vertiflex procedures
