Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a day shift Emergency Department position in Mississippi requiring MS or compact RN licensure and recent ED experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Emergency Services department of a hospital
- Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- 13-week travel assignment
- No local travelers within a 50-mile radius are eligible
- RTO requests must be less than 1 week in duration
- Travelers returning to the health system are subject to a 2-year waiting period if previously employed as permanent staff
- Holiday and weekend coverage may be expected in accordance with hospital staffing needs
Requirements
- Active MS or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year recent Emergency Department experience
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the last 12 months
- Driver’s license required for consideration
- No certifications may expire within 30 days of assignment start
- Must not have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
