JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active Arizona license required; IMLC accepted
• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Electrophysiology
• DEA: Arizona-registered DEA required
• Certifications: ACLS
• Experience: Minimum 1 year; must document 100 EP cases in past 2 years with emphasis on ablations
• Other Qualifications: Must be comfortable performing moderate sedation independently and using Abbott Ensite-X mapping system

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide electrophysiology services in hospital and clinic settings
• Perform ablations and other EP procedures
• Conduct hospital consults and clinic visits
• Utilize Abbott Ensite-X mapping technology
• Document all patient encounters in Cerner EMR
