The Med Tech/CMA provides personal care, medication assistance, and support to senior residents, ensuring their daily needs and care plans are met. They monitor residents' conditions and collaborate with nursing staff to update care plans and encourage participation in community activities. This role requires certification as a Medication Aide or Technician and emphasizes compassionate engagement within a senior living community.

Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.

Salary range: USD $22.25 - USD $25.50 /Hr.
