Assignment Details

Location: Kansas City, KS
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Full-time, typically Monday–Friday
Hours: 40 hours/week
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans

• Track, document, and report patient progress

• Support patients in improving functional independence with daily living activities

Requirements

• Active Kansas COTA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• Minimum of 1 year of recent SNF experience preferred

• BLS certification (AHA)
