Baptist Health, Northeast Florida s most preferred health system, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Nocturnist to join our established Hospitalist program at Baptist Medical Center Nassau. Located in Fernandina Beach along Florida s beautiful northeast coast, this full-time opportunity offers a balanced 7-on/7-off schedule, strong specialist support, and the chance to practice medicine in a close-knit coastal community.
What You Can Expect
• Base salary of $309,400 plus metric bonus and $10,000 commencement bonus
• 7-on/7-off schedule (night shift)
• Average of 15 patients per night with 3 5 admissions
• 36-bed Med/Surg unit and 8-bed AAU

Qualifications
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (Family Medicine with 3+ years of hospitalist experience considered)
• Active/unrestricted Florida medical license
• Interest in developing procedural skill set training provided for intubation, moderate sedation, central lines, and chest tube/thoracentesis
• ACLS required (training available if needed)
