Production Supervisor - Nights

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead hourly team members to safely execute daily production plans while driving continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and team engagement within a manufacturing environment.
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (2-2-3) - One week you work: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday; Next week you work Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
- Coach, train, and develop production employees to support consistent performance and engagement.
- Identify production issues and constraints and lead team‑based problem solving to drive timely resolution.
- Ensure materials, equipment, and staffing are aligned to maintain production schedules.
- Enforce plant rules, policies, and food safety requirements to maintain a clean and compliant environment.
- Support and promote plant safety programs, including adherence to required safety practices and procedures.
- Participate in daily production planning, line performance reviews, and shift handoff meetings.
- Drive execution of standard work and daily direction setting to achieve operational goals.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.

This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.

Compensation
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
