Job Description
The Adult Cardiac Operating Room provides care for a diverse range of patients with various conditions including CABGs, TAVIs, Heart Failure (VADs, ECMO, Artificial Heart, and Heart Transplants), among others. Utilizing a multidisciplinary approach, the OR staff attends to patients of all ages.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- RN License (NY License ONLY)
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience required
- OR experience in a Level 1 trauma center preferred
- Able to scrub and circulate
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association ONLY) required
