JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Pennsylvania (will consider those needing to obtain license)
- Board: Board Certified
- DEA: Not Required
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPR
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in specialty
- Other Qualifications: Must be willing to work 8s or 10s (non-negotiable); flexibility for 12s, 16s, weekends, and nights is a plus; candidates seeking 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off will be considered; must be comfortable with thoracic and vascular cases
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform anesthesia services in a variety of surgical cases including thoracic, surgical oncology, vascular, and more
- Collaborate with a cohesive, respectful anesthesia team including CRNAs and physicians
- Work in ORs, hybrid rooms, endoscopy suites, and EP labs
- Participate in a staffing model typically 1:3, variable based on patient acuity and case type
- Maintain professional communication and clinical excellence across departments
