This role is for a board-certified or eligible Family Medicine Physician working primarily on Mondays from 8 am to 8 pm at school-based health centers and outpatient settings in North Carolina. The physician will manage patients of all ages, focusing on chronic disease management, and provide care both on-site and via telehealth while traveling among three close locations. Required credentials include an active North Carolina license, BLS, PALS, DEA registrations, Medicaid/Medicare enrollment, and experience with eClinical Works EMR.
