Opportunity Details:

Full-Time, Days, 7 am- 7pm; 7 on/7 off
100% inpatient
On call schedule duties rotate amongst team
Patient volume: approximately 15-16 per day
Nocturnist coverage in place
Procedures not mandatory, but opportunity if desired; IM residents run codes, rapids
Open ICU with strong intensivist support
Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents

Key Responsibilities:

Take calls from units and new admissions from emergency department or as direct admit
Average admissions:two per day with advanced provider assistance
Perform direct patient care with strong subspecialist support
Servicesinclude hospital admissions, consultations, and cross coverage

Qualifications:

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABIM/ABFM)
Physician licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
Visa sponsorship available; H-1B
New grads and experienced physician candidates encouraged to apply
