Pediatrician Opportunity in Alabama outside of Birmingham

Ideal Candidate:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician (MD/DO).

Practice Overview:

• Joining a well-established team at a busy, growing practice.
• Team includes experienced MDs, NPs, an RN & LPC.
• The practice addresses a pending need due to upcoming retirements.

Work Structure:

• Full-Time position.
• Traditional practice setting, including clinic and Level II Nursery.
• Clinic Patient Volume: Approximately 20-30 patients per day depending on provider.
• Weekly Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 4:45 PM.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Guarantee: $250-$300K base; depending on experience.

  • $325k+ potential
• Signing/Commencement Bonus: (50% at signing, 50% at start)
• Student loans: $25K per year
• Student Monthly Stipend: $1,500-2,500 per month
