Join our compassionate team at Jersey Shore Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center - a facility family and staff trust! Full time, part time, prn and weekend Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions As an LPN at Genesis HealthCare, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plank of care, as well as physician's treatment plan.
- Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager.
- Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)
- Monitor resident's conditions and report accordingly.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
- Currently licensed by PA State Board of Nursing
- Proficiency in English to ensure patient safety and effective communication.
- Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
