Salary and Benefits
- Salary: $225,000 and up based on experience
- Sign-On Bonus: $30,000 (paid in installments: $10,000 at sign-on, $10,000 at 6 months, $10,000 at 1 year)
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 (reimbursed)
- Quarterly Quality Incentive Bonus Up to $5,000

Responsibilities
- Outpatient primary care setting
- Willing to work 5-day, 4-day, or 3-day work week options (up to 36 clinical hours per week)
- Phone-only call rotation
- Average of 22 patients per day
- Full clinical support staff
- No nights or weekends required
- High level of provider autonomy
Requirements
- MD or DO degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Clear and active medical license in the State of Massachusetts
- H-1B Visa sponsorship available
