Position Highlights:
• Collaborate and receive mentoring from their established IM/Ped trained physician team
• Find your ideal balance between pediatric and adult patients in your practice
• 4-day work week + 42 Days Off- unmatched paid time off for incredible work/life balance
• Incredible support with an established APP team and 1-2 dedicated MAs for rooming, notes, and after-hours calls
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary starting at $295,000 + $15,000+ in annual quality bonuses + additional earning potential from wRVUs = $310,000+ year one
• $210,000 recruitment package including sign-on, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment
• Comprehensive benefits including annual CME allowance, PSLF student loan support, retirement plans with matching, and more
