CRNA opening in Coudersport, PA Full-time, permanent opening Hospital-employed Team-focused role providing anesthetic care under a medically directed model Work with a collaborative surgical services team Facility includes 4 ORs, endoscopy lab, and procedure room 5,500 annual cases: ortho, general surgery, ENT, OB/GYN, GI, pain, urology, podiatry Day shifts + 1:4 call schedule (CRNAs take first call)Key Responsibilities: Administer anesthesia across all perioperative phases Follow all clinical and regulatory protocols Confirm consent and surgical site compliance with OR team Strong communication, critical thinking, and adaptability requiredQualifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (must be current) Graduate of accredited nurse anesthesia program Active RN and unrestricted CRNA license in Pennsylvania EMR/charting proficiencyCompensation & Benefits: Competitive salary + sign-on/retention bonus Paid malpractice coverage Medical, life, and disability insurance 403(b) with employer match 24 PTO days + 6 paid holidays $2,500 CME + 5 CME days $700 for dues/memberships On-call apartment (if >30 mins from hospital)
