Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Med/Surg - Surgical Acute
Shift: Nights/ 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs/week, with weekend and holiday rotation
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
- IL license
- 1 year of experience
- Must have Post-op care of patients, critical thinking skills
- AHA BLS
Other Details:
Travelers are the 1st to float. Will float to unit with same level of experience. If an ICU RN floats to general unit, they take a team of 3 patients.
Nurse: Patient Ratios: 4-5 /RN days 5-6/RN nights.
Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Post op surgical , trauma, overflow medical, dressing changes, wound care, IV therapy, pain management, drains, NGs, central lines, TPN.
