Current Clinic Opening at our Ayers, Saratoga, and Rockport Clinics in the Corpus Christi area.

Conviva Care Centers,
a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is seeking a primary care physician for our clinic in Corpus Christi Texas.

You have the opportunity take a hands-on approach, addressing patient needs inside the exam room and look beyond to understand how social determinates of health are impacting health outcomes. A Primary Care NP/PA opportunity on our team can offer you:

  • 100% Outpatient Schedule ? Monday - Friday (8am to 5pm)

  • Time with your patients ? hour-long (initial) and typically, 40 to 45-minute-long appointments

Required Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine

  • Board certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

  • Valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or willing to obtain)

  • Current, unrestricted DEA license
