Requirements Active State Medical License and DEA (with TX address), Board Certified in ABEM, ABFM, ABIM (or osteopathic counterparts) - preferred but not required, must have current previous 12 months experience in hospital ER or should have just completed residency, must be residency trained in EM, IM or FM specialty. Certified in ACLS, ATLS, & PALS, CME and case logs - past 2 years, copies of all education & training diplomas, SS Card (VISA - current ID), driver's license, color photo emailed to MSO, Immunization records. Highly trained emergency doctors and nurses are available to treat life-threatening conditions such as stroke and heart attack, as well as critical emergencies including abdominal and back pain, cuts, sprains, broken bones and infections.
