• Outpatient clinic only

• No procedures or surgeries required

• Full-time: 40 hours per week

• Monday Friday clinic hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

• After-hours phone call only: 4:30 PM 8:00 AM

• Weekend call: Phone-only for established patients

• Shared call with Midland/Alma team

• Virtual inpatient rounding on weekends

• 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP) onsite

• Recruiting for a second APP

• Medical Assistants in practice

• Locum providers will not supervise APPs

• EPIC

• Dragon Dictation

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in BOTH Hematology and Medical Oncology

• BLS certification required
  

• Michigan Licensed or ability to obtain

• IMLC Candidates preferred if licensing

• Typical timeframe: 30 days
