Job Description:
A established urology practice is looking for a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP). This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a highly reputable and well-known urologist in their thriving private practice. The provider will play an integral role in providing exceptional care to patients and performing a variety of office-based urological procedures. The group is open to training, but some relevant experience as an APP is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations, evaluations, and follow-ups.
- Perform office-based urological procedures (training provided as needed).
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the urologist.
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Travel to both practice locations in Willingboro and Salem, NJ
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday daytime schedule, the group is also open to a 4 day/week schedule.
Qualifications:
- Active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey.
- Experience as an advanced practice provider is required
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
