Family Medicine - Northern Minnesota

• Physician driven, multi-specialty group seeks BC/BE Family Practitioner to join their team
• Base salary offered with 2-year guarantee:
  • FM with OB - $288,000
  • FM without OB - $173,500
• Full time position - 36 patient contact hours
• Ideal candidate will have interest in Obstetrics with C-section
• Call rotation:
  • OB: 1:4
  • Family Medicine (No OB): 1:6 via phone
• Opportunity for inpatient work, as well as nursing home rounds, if desired
• Join 13 Primary Care providers, 2 Family Medicine/OB physicians, and 1 Ob/Gyn
• Average 325 deliveries per year
• New, state-of-the-art medical clinic
• Currently using Allscripts in clinic & Paragon in hospital - transitioning to EPIC this fall
