HCA Florida Ocala Hospital is seeking an experienced otolaryngologist for our growing program.
Qualified Candidates:
- Must be comfortable with traumatic ear nose and throat procedures; including but not limited to:
- repair to external ears
- assisting in complex facial trauma with ophthalmologists, neurosurgeons and / or plastic surgeons
- laryngotracheal injuries
- Adult only in the hospital setting
- Board eligibility or board certification required
- Preferred candidates will have relevant experience
- The incoming provider will focus mainly on trauma and emergent / acute ear, nose and throat procedures
- Hospital-based
- Managing inpatient consults
- Rounding on patients
- Manage follow-up clinic
- Share the month with another dedicated otolaryngologist in an on / off schedule
- HCA Florida Ocala Hospital s trauma program is the area s only ACS verified Level 1 trauma center servicing 5 counties and over 1M residents. It is also a teaching hospital for the University of Central Florida and hosts the UCF/HCA residency consortium.
