Marshfield Medical Center - Weston is looking for a BE/BC Hematology/Oncology physician to join an established Cancer Center & Research Program in Weston, Wisconsin. Our clinics are integrated at all locations with regularly scheduled provider meetings, physician advisory boards, tumor boards, and other collaborations. Extensive research opportunities are available.
Program Details:
- Full range oncology practice, including outpatient infusion center, inpatient capability, strong dedication to multidisciplinary tumor boards, and teaching opportunities.
- Strong research program and support of clinical trials with dedicated Research RNs and coordinators.

Marshfield Clinic can support a variety of visas, including J1 waivers (location dependent) and H1Bs (cap exempt organization).
Compensation and Benefits
- 2-year salary guarantee of $700k, depending on location, for a 1.0 FTE
- Up to $150k retention incentive, if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement, specifying all details)
- 4 weeks of vacation and 2 weeks CME to start
