Medical Oncologist Outpatient Oncology Clinic
AlaskaPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Medical Oncologist to join our established and collaborative Hematology/Oncology outpatient clinic in Alaska. Work alongside a highly experienced Hematologist/Oncologist, Nurse Practitioner, and a dedicated team of nurses, administrative staff, and a clinic manager. Practice Details- Setting: Outpatient Oncology Clinic
- Team Composition: Partner Hematologist/Oncologist, Nurse Practitioner, Nurses, Receptionist, and Clinic Manager
- Patient Volume:
- patients per week
- patients per day
- Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Call: None or minimal (optional to define based on actual clinic policies)
Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: $800,000
- Incentives: Additional compensation through wRVU-based incentives
- Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
- Relocation Assistance: $25,000
- CME Allowance: $5,000 annually

- 25 days PTO
- 7 paid holidays
- 5 days CME leave
Qualifications- Medical Doctor (MD or DO)
- Board Certified / Eligible in Medical Oncology
- Eligible for licensure in the state of Alaska
- Strong commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based oncology care
- Comfortable managing a broad spectrum of oncology conditions in an outpatient setting
