Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive podiatric care with an emphasis on chronic conditions
- Perform high-volume diabetic foot care, including regular foot exams
- Manage and treat ulcers and wounds of the foot and ankle
- Deliver ongoing care and treatment planning for patients with chronic lower extremity issues
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams as needed to optimize patient outcomes
Additional Information
- Must hold an active California license
- Board Certification in Podiatric Medicine required
- American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS) certification required
- Experience in chronic care management, diabetic foot care, ulcer management, and wound care strongly preferred
