We are seeking a BE / BC Family Medicine Physician to work in a Community Health center located in Northern Ny.

This is a 100% outpatient position and Hospital Employed

Hours: Monday & Friday from 7am-5pm, Tuesday-Thursday from 7am-7pm

Base salary is $300k plus a sign on bonus, incentives, benefits & malpractice

Benefit time includes up to four weeks of vacation and four personal days, plus two weeks of sick time and nine paid holidays. CME allowance travel / fees up to $5k annually. Reimbursement for licensing and certification fees.
