Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 4 years of recent outpatient experience and Epic proficiency for a day-shift position in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Outpatient therapy setting focusing on neuro, ortho, spine, balance, geriatric, sports medicine, and cardiopulmonary patient populations
- Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, working four 10-hour day shifts
- Epic EMR is used; prior Epic experience required
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not eligible
- Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
- Applicants must be flexible with scheduling and prepared to adhere to facility attendance expectations
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of recent outpatient physical therapy experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Active North Carolina PT license required if applicable
- Experience with neuro, ortho, balance, spine, geriatric, sports medicine, and cardiopulmonary cases required
- Vestibular experience preferred
- Epic EMR experience required
