Assistant Manager Requirements:
- 2-3 years of Management experience with a staff of more than 30
- Sales volume experience of at least $2.5 million
- P&L accountability and knowledge
- Budgeting and financial planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- The ability to identify areas of opportunity and lead a plan of action
- The highest level of character and integrity
