An Emergency Medicine Physician provides acute care to patients in a Level 2 Trauma Center with specialized certifications in emergency, family medicine, and advanced life support. The role involves managing 11 inpatient beds and coordinating care with hospital specialists in a high-volume clinical setting. The physician is expected to deliver 12-15 shifts per month, utilizing diagnostic imaging and supporting seamless patient transitions within the hospital network.
- Work Dates Needed: Ongoing, Est start date- February 16, 2026
- Preferred Schedule: Normal clinical hours
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient, Level 2 Trauma, Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center
- Scope of Work: 11 private patient care beds, Projected 12,385 visits in the first year.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active FL License, Board certified/board eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians (ABEM/AOBEM) or board certified in Family Medicine with extensive ER experience, ATLS, PALS and ACLS.
- EMR: N/A
- Pay Rate Preferred: $290/hr

- Patients needing to be admitted to an inpatient bed will be transported to the main campus with seamless care handoff to our excellent intensivists, hospitalists, and specialists
