BE/BC nocturnist role with adjunct faculty appointment, sign-on + relocation and J‑Visa OK. Permanent nocturnist, Pulmonology/Sleep Medicine; 7-on/7-off nocturnal hospital-employed schedule in Western North Carolina; solo night admissions (avg 5–8/night) with virtual ICU backup; occasional non-procedural rounding; salary + RVU comp, full benefits, sign-on, relocation, malpractice and CME. - Must be BE/BC in Pulmonology or Sleep Medicine - Comfortable working solo night shifts (7-on/7-off) - Experience with inpatient admissions and nocturnist workflows - Eligibility for J‑1 transfer or US physician licensure
