A thriving private practice in the heart of western Idaho is seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Upper Extremity surgeon to join their 6 surgeon, 6 advanced practice provider team. With plans for a brand new surgery center, this regionally recognized group of collegiate providers is looking for their next long term partner.

Candidates with a specific interest in Shoulder work encouraged to apply.

Position:

• Schedule: 2 clinic days, 2 O.R. days, and 5th day to use at your discretion as needed.
• General orthopedics call of 1:6 via local Level 3 Trauma facility.
• Competitive base salary + wRVU year 1.
• Partnership track of 1-2 years for additional income opportunities.
• Sign on bonus of $25,000-$50,000 and $15,000 relocation stipend provided.
• Option to hire dedicated Advanced Practice Provider support once established.
