Seeking Nurse Practitioner to join Women's Health team in Myrtle Beach, SC area due to growing area demand. This role is strictly ambulatory with no labor & delivery responsibilities and is best suited for a confident, clinically strong WHNP who is comfortable managing both obstetric and gynecologic patients with autonomy.

PLEASE NOTE: Must be comfortable with high risk/complex OB patients. This is a high volume role with little physician support as we are the only OB provider in the area (next is an hour away) and working highly independently is a must. You will see patients up until about 35 weeks then patients will be seen and delivered by the physician.

• Outpatient clinical role no inpatient
  
• Standard office hours (Mon-Thurs: 8am-5pm / Friday 8am-12pm)
  
• 4.5 days clinic time (36 hours) with .5-day (4 hours) admin time per week
  
• No call responsibilities for this role
  
• Cerner EMR with Dragon dictation
  
• Dedicated nurse
  
• 6 physicians (1 retiring in Sept), 1 CNM, 1 WHNP currently 3 Physicians coming onboard in the next 6 mo
• 25+ patients per day in a high-volume, team-based setting
• Provide comprehensive OB care, including:
  
  • New OB intakes
    
  • Routine prenatal visits
    
  • Postpartum follow-ups
    
  • Prenatal counseling & education
• Deliver full-scope GYN care, including:
  
  • Annual wellness exams
    
  • Pap smears
    
  • STI screening & treatment
    
  • Contraceptive counseling & management (IUD & Nexplanon insertions/removals)
    
  • Diagnosis & management of abnormal uterine bleeding, pelvic pain, PCOS, menopause, etc.
    
• Procedures (in-office): Colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, wet preps, etc. (if trained)
  
• Manage urgent same-day GYN and OB visits, including triage, diagnostics, & follow-up
