- Choose your preferred location - practice is divided into Northern and Southern regions, offering flexibility and lifestyle variety
- High procedural volume-average of 7-10 cases daily

Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary starting at $550K, plus a WRVU incentive structure
- 1 year ownership track
