Hidden Talents ABA is a clinician-led, purpose-driven organization committed to building therapy around the unique strengths and interests of each child we serve. We are currently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support our growing South Carolina caseload.
This is a primarily remote role with in-home and community-based client support.
South Carolina Location Requirement
Due to insurance and funding requirements, applicants must live in South Carolina or within 25 miles of the South Carolina state border.
$5,000 Relocation Bonus
We are offering a $5,000 relocation bonus for BCBAs who relocate to meet the South Carolina residency requirement. Additional details will be shared during the interview and offer process.

What You’ll Do

Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments

Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
-
Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing mentorship
-
Collaborate with caregivers through training and support
-
Participate in monthly BCBA Forums to support clinical growth

Complete documentation accurately and on time
Requirements
-
Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
-
Master’s or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

Must live in South Carolina or within 25 miles of the SC state border
-
Experience developing and overseeing behavior-analytic treatment programs
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Spanish bilingual skills are a plus but not required
