Welcome to an exciting opportunity in Wilmington! We are looking for a Family Medicine Rural Track Site Health Services Director to join our team. This dual academic and clinical leadership position involves leading the development of a new rural training track in coastal NC. If you're passionate about preparing residents for rural practice in underserved communities, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development of on-site and off-site clinical curriculum
• Support alignment of clinical site initiatives with residency expansion
• Recruit the first cohort of 2PGY1 residents
