We are seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist for a locum tenens assignment in California. This opportunity begins on Feb 16, 2026, and spans 84 days, with a minimum commitment of two weeks per month. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. The role focuses on providing high-quality specialty care in hematology and oncology within both outpatient and occasional hospital settings.

Responsibilities and Duties- Conduct patient evaluations and physical examinations
- Write prescriptions and monitor ongoing treatment plans
- Provide specialized cancer information to patients and their families
- Oversee and manage chemotherapy and infusion therapies
- Perform bone marrow biopsies (preferred but not required)
- May conduct hospital rounds with advance notice
Additional Information- Must be board certified or board eligible in Hematology; grandfathered-in candidates will be considered
- Active California medical license required
