Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Required Certifications:
- Board Certified (BC)
- DEA Certification
State Licensure:
- Candidates who are not licensed in the state but are willing to apply will be considered.
Previous Experience Desired:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an NP.
- Prefer experience in palliative/hospice care or certification in this field.
Additional Requirements for NRMs (Nurse Recruitment Managers):
- Must be willing to travel to patient homes or skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
- Personal vehicle and insurance are required.
Reason for Position Opening:

Start Date: ASAP
Schedule & Weekly Hours:
- 4 days/week
- 10-hour shifts
- Off days will rotate each week (Tuesday to Thursday)
